There is a colour that exists only at dusk in Rajasthan — when the sandstone turns mauve and the air holds gold. This set is that hour, made wearable.
Gulab Mahal was sourced by SURYAAT from the ateliers of artisans who have spent generations perfecting the language of thread and light. The fabric is tissue silk — that rare, luminous cloth that shifts between deep mauve and soft lilac depending on how the light falls — adorned with dense zardozi embroidery in antique gold running in bold vertical panels from neckline to hem.
The Kurta
A straight, full-length kurta in tissue silk with a round neckline and three-quarter sleeves. The front features two sweeping vertical columns of heavy zardozi and sequin embroidery — intricate medallion motifs surrounded by floral scrollwork — mirrored on the sleeves. The craftsmanship is dense and deliberate; this is not accent embroidery. It is the centrepiece.
The Dupatta
Tissue silk in the same deep mauve, scattered with small sequin-embroidered floral buttis across the field. The border is its crown — a deep, structured scalloped lace edge in cream and gold that frames the entire length with architectural precision.
The Pant
A clean straight-leg pant in matching mauve tissue silk, finished with a coordinating embroidered border at the hem.
