Returns: Not accepted. All sales final unless item is damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours of order placement only.
Damaged or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Resolution within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds: Processed within 7 to 10 business days to original payment method once approved.
