SURYAAT Returns & Refunds

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges: We currently offer manual exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Sign in to your customer account, open the relevant order, and submit a return request. Include the replacement size or colour you’d like. We’ll confirm availability and arrange the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund according to our return policy.

Return shipping: Free. No restocking fee.

How to return: To request a return, sign in to your customer account at https://account.suryaat.com, open the relevant order, and submit a return request from there.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement.

Damaged or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll resolve it within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
