Mehrab Set

a champagne silk kurta, quiet until it isn’t. the front panel breaks into arches of maroon and gold, zardozi work dense enough to catch every angle of light, bordered where the silk meets the embroidery like a threshold. straight-cut trousers echo the same border at the ankle, so the detail follows you down, not just across the chest.

worn easily with layered bangles, kept minimal everywhere else. this is not a piece that asks for accompaniment. it already has enough to say.
